Sleep or Lack Thereof

These last couple of weeks I have had the hardest time with sleeping. I feel completely exhausted and yet I’m unable to get to sleep at a normal time. When I try to go to sleep there are no distractions and my mind won’t stop going. I often have mild panic attacks at night and struggle to shut down enough to go to sleep.

I have started listening to a guided imagery video the last two nights and it seems like it helped me fall alseep. However I wake up completely exhausted. I feel like I didn’t get any sleep at all. My body doesn’t want me to get up and start the day.

I would love to have three days to just shut my brain off, sleep, and not think it worry about anything else.
