Ingredients
- 3-4 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of anything you prefer)
- 1 can of milk
- 1 can of corn (or defrosted frozen vegetables)
- Swiss cheese
- 1 box of stuffing
- Cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Pour 1 can of corn (or defrosted frozen vegetables) into the bottom of the crock pot
- Slice up the chicken breasts and lay them over the corn
- add salt, pepper, and any seasonings you may like
- Put a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken
- Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk together and pour over the chicken
- Sprinkle the contents of a box of stuffing over the top
- Cook on low for at least 6 hours
