Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 Can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of anything you prefer)
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 can of corn (or defrosted frozen vegetables)
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1 box of stuffing
  • Cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 can of corn (or defrosted frozen vegetables) into the bottom of the crock pot
  2. Slice up the chicken breasts and lay them over the corn
    1. add salt, pepper, and any seasonings you may like
  3. Put a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken
  4. Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk together and pour over the chicken
  5. Sprinkle the contents of a box of stuffing over the top
  6. Cook on low for at least 6 hours
